Sorry it's out of order, but I play with it and don't keep decklists. So try to figure it out if you can.

The theme?

Fairly fast and big creatures. It uses creatures like jade leech and mangh wurm and blastoderm which have drawbacks that don't matter so much. Little spells like scepter's wail and ravenous rats and vine trellis help with card advantage. The avatars are helped by dark rituals to end the game early. Without depending on enchantments, this deck quickly hits with large creatures that will kill slower opponents that don't have heavy control.

Hollow Dogs aren't too bad, are relatively cheap to cast (at least in B/G) and are big on the attack.

The Avatar of Woe is best when supported by more discard than that provided by the Ravenous Rats. Consider lowering the number in your deck.

Thrashing Wumpus is a 3/3 Pestilence. While a rare, its a good card, and allows even more beatdown.

Yavimaya Elder fetches land faster than the Granger, though the Granger does put it in play.

It looks like you have very few options for a turn one play. You might consider either some more 1cc cards (enchantments or creatures) or more stuff to cast through the Dark Ritual (the ever popular Hypnotic Spectre or Rain of Tears, for example). Duress, maybe?

Just some thoughts.
