Okay, Shield Sphere and Fog Bank will block the Empyrial Armored guys, and then I'll use Maze of Ith on the Kami.

I mean, the Shield Sphere doesn't have flying, so it can't block an Empyrial Dude.

Doh! Okay, the Shield Sphere will block the Tallowisp and I'll Maze of Ith the unblocked Armor dude.

I know I said I was waiting on DF's turn which implies (at least to me) that I had no EOT effects, but if it's allright, I'd like to Impulse at the end of your turn. Okay, the Fog Bank will block one Empyrial Armor'd critter and the Wall of Air will block the Kami. Then I'll use the Maze of Ith on the other Armor'd critter.
