Are the cards given away or do you have to win the tournament to get them?

The foil Rukh are essentially the "prerelease card" for the set. In other words, you get one just for showing up.

Finally! I don't know why they didn'y have pre-releases for tha base set years ago.

is it foily? sorry but all 8th red cards look foil to us perhaps train could help us out?

I think it's just because it's also the 10th anniversary of Magic and they tried to make it special by including one never-before-reprinted card from all the previous sets. None of the other base sets were like that...

All the Rukh eggs being given out for these events are premium/foil cards...

The stores are also sent land caches, table covers, a banner, and stand up cardboard advertisement decorations...

The stores have to provide all their own product otherwise though...

All tourneys being run should be draft or sealed...

Another great(stupid) idea from us... The Nightstalkers:

sell the table covers and land cache etc. on Ebay after their purpose has expired.
