"Atonement" Spoiler: Storm Hammer

This is the second card I ever designed. The only thing that ever changed was the name, it was titled "Stone Hammer".

Storm Hammer - 5
Artifact
XX3, T: Destroy X target permanents in play. They cannot be regenerated. Use this ability only during your turn and only once each turn.

This is probably too narrow of a card, as it can be severely abused with mana generators. Then again, that's the bane of all spells or abilities with X in the cost.

That looks good, and surprisingly considering its ability, balanced. Good job for a second card (especially if nothing's changed except the name).

I was just thinking of how it would totally ruin a game if it could destroy everything...

Once you got their ladn gone... they'd never recover... You could destroy it every turn... Not even Armageddon was that good!...

Nice adjustment on the card...
