Can articles be submitted without using the submit-an-article script? I often don't have time to sit sown and do it all in one shot, and the formatting gets lost anyway if I cut-and-paste.

Just wondering, and to where would I send it if I could?

Thanks!

Actually, no. The script does a bunch of things automatically (the reason I wrote it!). I mean, theoretically I could add lines to the databases myself -- but that's a pain in the ass.

Sorry.

Well, couldn't he write an article in Notepad and then cut and paste? Would that throw in any unwanted characters?

I'm not really sure to tell you the truth. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure if Word 'hard codes' its line breaks either -- I just included that to be safe.

Dune - but that notepad thing does give me a pretty good idea. Not sure if I'll (be able to) implement it correctly.
