I need to repent and get this out of my system:

When I was a newbie, I thought the lucky charms were awesome and bought quite a few of them from the local card store.

I feel better already.

I am currently tutoring a newbie in the Ogden area, and he thinks that these "vanilla" creatures are as dull and lame as a mound of dirt. Its only when a deck built with skill and thinking, made to take on another of its sort, is undercut by a deck of ravaging "vanilla" creatures that players actually start using them. Sure you see the kids using them until they find some other 2/2 creature which actually does something then switches out his cheap'o's for whopping four mana ball busters. that really chafes me balls (The Nightstalkers hold no claims to the aformentioned remark, in no way does this remark express the thoughts and views of The Nightstalkers Ltd. or The Nightstalkers in general, void in Japan, only good when dead, nonrefunable)

You've gotta be oink kidding me! Players love these oink cards better than they love they're own oink parents! I love the oink cards because of the oink artwork. Have you ever in the whole oink of magic seen a set of five, count that, five oink cards that have survived 4th, 5th, 6th, and oink 7th?

Rest of this message has been omitted because of Oinkish Oink — [glow=red,7,700]The Nightstalkers[/glow]

Ok, settle down...
This one struck me as comical. I mean, come on! The card which was made to counteract Mr. Urza's Glasses. Sure its a handy thing to have around... but why? Now a days you have Peek which costs the same, only lasts once, and gives you a card. Umm... I have no other comments on this one. Carrying on

How do you people sleep at night? who the hell are you to question The King? Its like asking who Elvis is at an Elvis convention for the love of Mike! Its another thing about antiquitie which you people think is going out of magic. Ever remember Mr. Zombie Master? He wasn't reprinted in 7th, but that oink hippy tree hugger (aka elvish champion) was. What the hell is that!? well, as the saying goes, foresight is 20/20... hey wait, that didn't come out right

Oh well, I snapped, it was bound to happed sooner or later with everyone griping about 8th (aka the first CORE set... WTF! we're going towards Magi Nation  ), I just felt that everyone should see my opinions about this article from WotC. Oh crap, here comes that legal reminder form "Big Brother" or "Big Bastard."

The views and opinions expressed here are not the true thoughts and cogitations of The Nightstalkers.

Don't fret Gerode, I too thought the Lucky Charms (and gaining life) was the bomb back when I started in '94. Everyone I played with thought so too, so we had lots of games drawn out because we kept gaining life with them :)
