What does this statement means:

Last, we wanted to integrate the starter product with advanced and expert level sets; this means that all of the starter set cards are taken from the base set, and they're all tournament legal.

So does that mean the Starter set is now Type 2 legal or only the Starter cards they brought into 7th (like Pride of Lions and Sleight of Hand). If its the latter, thank you for pointing out the obvious Mr. Murray.

I think he just means that the new edition of Starter will only have cards from 7th Edition. I don't know what expansion icon they'll have (I'm guessing 7th). They might have just taken some of the most basic 7th cards and put them into a "Starter" box with the CD-Rom. I'm relatively certain that the older Starter set hasn't become legal (although I'd love to play with Goblin Settler).
