Does anyone know if these cards are tourney legal? They are identical to the originals (in most cases) with a white border.

I was thinking of using one in an extended tournament.

Only if printed in a Type 2 set.

As far as I know. If the cards are in a set that is extended legal then the reprints are legal too.

Yeah - all that matters is the card name. If a card of that name is in a tournament-legal set then all editions of that card are legal (hence the Black-Bordered Beta stuff people play with, like Birds Of Paradise and Wrath, go for $$$).
