This one's called Kingdoms3 and can be found here. It's a strategy game but not a lot of documentation so you have to figure stuff out by yourself. When you register, you also have to pick a race and since there's no directions on what each race does, you have to guess. It also takes a bit more committment; you start out with 300 turns and I used about 50 before I had to log off. So just a note of caution.
