I have accually played a good Angel deck that Kix Oink
used:
1 Sol Ring
1 Grim Monolith/Mana Vault
1 Mox Diamond
4 Urza's Incubator....(definitely key here)
AEther Vial might help too....

Serra....yes she's a classic, but only the best of the best should be in here

Lightning....three colors won't work here
Voices....4 for a 2/2 w/ pro ONE color isn't worth it....

I also think that you should add an Enlightened Tutor......acts as a fifth Incubator<---(speeds up the deck tremendously)....and will find any acceleration you may need.
