Okay, this one is a lot different than the other one. I think it can be its own thread, but I'll let the mods decide.

4 Phyrexian Arena
4 Last Laugh
4 Death Grasp
4 Corrupt
4 Vindicate
4 Innocent Blood
4 March of Souls
4 Prismatic Strands
4 Caves of Koilos
8 Plains
12 Swamp

This deck uses Last Laugh as a finisher, rather than a constant source of damage like the other deck.

The deck looks fine as is...

Especially the March of Souls, Last Laugh...

If they run creatureless, not often, but happens, I suggest mindslicers and guiltfeeders for the innocent bloods and prismatic strands...
