Here's a list of blue decks that I have built or plan to build. Tell me what you think.

Annoyingly Blue

Creatures
4 Cloud of Faeries
4 Sneaky Homunculus
3 Spiketail Hatchling
2 Spiketail Drakes
3 Waterfront Bouncer
Spells
4 Curfew
4 Fatigue
4 Memory Lapse
3 Private Research
2 Rewind
4 Rhystic Study
3 Telepathy
3 Unsummon
2 Zephid's Embrace
Land
20 Island

I just made this deck with a bunch of annoying blue cards. I was also a test to see if a could build a good deck out of under-used cards.

Unblockable Blue

Creatures
2 Bouncing Beebles
3 Metathran Elite
4 Metathran Soldier
4 Sneaky Homunculus
2 Tidal Kraken
Spells
4 Accumulated Knowledge
3 Boomerang
3 Coastal Piracy
4 Counterspell
3 Diplomatic Immunity
2 Miscalculation
4 Seal of Removal
4 Sigil of Sleep
3 Zephid's Embrace
Land
18 Island
2 Tower of the Magistrate

I might take this deck to a tourney someday. The point is to use your unblockable creatures to attack your opponent and then bounce his creatures (Sigil of Sleep) and draw cards (Coastal Piracy). The Zephid's Embrace is primarly for the Sneaky Homunculus.

Control Blue

Artifacts
4 Powder Keg
Creatures
3 Morphling
2 Temporal Adept
3 Thieving Magpie
Spells
4 Accumulated Knowledge
3 Boomerang
2 Confiscate
4 Counterspell
2 Misdirection
3 Rewind
2 Rhystic Study
2 Seal of Removal
2 Trade Routes
3 Treachery
Lands
3 Faerie Conclave
22 Island
1 Rishadan Port

This deck is the one I'm planning on taking to the T2 tourney this coming Saturday.

Feedback is always nice. Thanks!

I understand your resentment at my Rare Control Blue deck. I'm really proud of it, and I wish you wouldn't call it a net-deck. It's not. I don't run Masticores or Grim Monoliths, like I should. I instead I run the 4 Kegs and alot of bounce. If you want to see a rare deck check this out.

Artifacts
4 Grim Monolith
4 Voltaic Key

Artifact Creatures
3 Phyrexian Colossus
3 Ticking Gnomes
2 Wall of Junk

Black Spells
4 Dark Ritual
2 Rhystic Tutors
4 Vampiric Tutor

Blue Spells
4 Counterspell
3 Gush
4 Tinker
3 Unsummon

Land
4 City of Brass
7 Island
3 Rhystic Cave
4 Thran Quarry
2 Tower of the Magistrate
4 Underground River

I went 3-2 with this deck at a T2 tourney. I was really scaring people when I was hard casting 2nd and 3rd turn Phyrexian Colossus with extra mana for counters

4x Vision Charm
4x Aracen Denile
3x Mana Leak

Green Spells

Lands

This deck is so fun to play.
I have played it and won against a lot of other decks.
I think it's clear how it wins.

4 Clear the Land and the 4 Vision Charms! :)
Can you believe it? Yes, those are the kill methods.
Vision Charms remove 4 from the top of opponent's deck from the game, and the Clear the Land subtracts each deck by 5.
The Arcane Denile just help that. If they choose to draw 1 or 2 cards, than they are just helping me win, if they don't, than I just cast a cheaper Counter Spell.

Yes, it may seem odd at the beggining, but this deck have won; the Clear the Land is a really good card, not to get mana, but to remove the top 5 cards of each deck, and maybe to get some extra mana sources. I have decked opponents so well.

The deck has a lot of stall mechanism installed in it, cards like Telekinesis, Cessation, and Wrath of God are really a one big engine of destruction...

I have included only 1 Disenchant just incase I need it against annoying stuff, and it should be easy to find with 3 Impulse and 2 Scrying Glass. The Telepathy is there just for fun, but I could remove it and add something more useful, such as Denying Wind. Telepathy also helps Scrying Glass.

you do realize that countering those vision charms or playing with a deck of 80 cards means an automatic win... right?

Yes, and that's why Vision Charm only costs 1 mana, to be casten early. I'll find it with Impulse or something...
This deck is for fun anyway. I have never and never will played/play against a deck with more than 60 cards in it...

Okay. Reminds me of my island sanctuary deck, which decks people with Howling mine.

That's where I got the idea from :)
This deck changes every now and then.
I had 2 Denying Wind in it, but then I replaced them with 2 Prosperity. I like the above version best though...
