I liked going to the prerelease in Butler. (Don't know if i saw killer joe or not) I got a foil Beacon of Immortality, Razormane Masticore, and Auriok Champion. My deck was piss poor but it was still fun. In a flight tourny I got Raksha, All Suns Dawn, and some other stuff, but i dropped for the main event.

Champions of Kamigawa is supposed to be the new set and it is supposed to come out in late August.

Ah. So the art concepts look like L5R artwork, correct?

Do the concepts end up as the final proofs?

The pictures shown will most likely be actual cards - similar to the forgotten ancient concepts that were drawn and displayed...

And it's not so much that they are final proofs - as you can tell tons by the pictures shown when it comes to concepts for the "world" they are drawing for... everything from color to angles, depth, and surroundings...
