I would say that now that they HAVE been banned, we need to see results from tourneys on the performance of the Trix deck (since that is the one that really caused the evaluation) before seeing if fast mana really WAS the problem.

Interesting.... For the record, I don't believe in bannings unless it's the VERY last resort. More innovative deck design, then bring back the Resticted List, and THEN ban should be the order of things to go.

Are you guys just card dealers or do you have other stuff? I'm looking for a Warhammer Magic supplement rulebook (don't really need the spells and templates unless they've happened to have changed since '94).

It looks okay except that wide bar on the left where the mana cost and artist is. That area does seem to cut into card/flavor text and art. If they keep those back on the top and bottom it would be okay.

That's what I thought and why I was confused by Yellowjacket's statement. Maybe he meant sales of the album AFTER 1984. I like just a couple of Rush songs, Spirit of Radio, Tom Sawyer, and Free Will? but to be honest I haven't listened to ALL of their stuff so I don't know.

That's what I thought, because it was a triggered effect and pre-6th, you couldn't respond to triggered effects. I don't know if they were that bad then though. I never played with one (and I don't know if I even have one). I guess protecting it would be the biggest problem.

Probably errata to fix the "intent" of Illusions; I explained it all in CPA Issues forum. But really don't know much about its effect on tourney's to make an informed decision.

I always thought the way Illusions worked under the stack and die at zero life was weird simply because I don't think the card works that way under pre-6th rules. However, I don't know enough about the tourney field to know if it's dominating it or not so I can't say what a solution might be.
