it looks good to me. The only weird thing I can see is that you have a lot of low casting spells and then there's Balance. So presumably, you're going to use it as a Wrath of God but most likely you'll have few cards in your hand (even with the Howling Mine(s)) so your opponent is going to...

I could just see your opponent "using" a Ring of Ma'Ruf to get a Tranquility or something... forget about the mana cost... :)
