Yeah, I found out that's midnight in Sweden. No prob, although I don't know why I lost 4 (or 3) out of 5 (or 4). My jousting skill was 130 or so... oh well, glad to help out :) Anyone else have a horse/donkey and lance and want to joust? I don't know my number offhand though.

they don't count as basic lands, so Elfhame Sanctuary and Land Tax are out (plus, Land Tax is banned in Extended). You could get it through Tithe as they count as "plains" (Tundra and Savannah and Plateau). So I guess it's up to you whether they're worth it or not. :)

Yeah, sometimes you can't connect to the server and I don't know why. I'm guessing it's full at the moment. It resets every 24 hours in some Europe time, I don't know which one. If you don't play for a day, you get a small number of turns carried over to the next day (not the full amount).

Personally, I think it's dopey to "play" for a limited time and then get whacked when you KNOW you can't play for the full game. Just don't play and wait for the next one. If you still need people, I'll play as Dorgath the Dwarf again although it looks pretty full.

I'm moving the thread because it is not really a single card strategy question.. It's more of a deck question. To expound on what a mana curve is, it's basically trying to make use of your mana every turn so nothing's left untapped. That's why you want a higher percentage of lower casting...

Yeah, but unless you can recur him or something, it's a one-shot use. That's why something more permanent like Pestilence is better. galtwish has him in one of his decklists already.

FoR: I assume your question "What's wrong with black" was directed at me since I'm the only one who dislikes it :) In general, nothing's wrong with black. But for me personally, I find I never wear black t-shirts. It's too "dark" for me and it gets hot in the sun. So I just wouldn't buy one...
