I know green has some drawing ability; I love Sylvan Library and Mirri's Guile. That ability just made blue pop first into my mind (and speaking of which, wasn't that made into a blue Rhystic spell anyway? ;) )

Who says we want to get rid of this one? Those lists might be good, but the problem with them is that where do you stop? Do you do it by color? What about Top 5 for Constructed? Sealed? Standard? Type 1? Extended? MP? Etc... I'm guessing the original intent of this thread was to try to...
