It being private, it should do as it wishes. However, because of it's prominence in golf, certain considerations should be made. If the PGA had guts, they'd just take away the Masters and let the club fade back into its obscurity like so many other clubs.

Well, the problem I see with this is that you're really only gaining access to the next five cards your next upkeep. After that, aside from drawing a card regularly, you're really just switching between your old hand and the new one. I would say you need something to perhaps bounce Duplicity...

I'd include red and go with Wheel of Fortune to refill your opponents hands. Maybe some type of mana denial with Manabarbs or Winter Orb. If you want to get really crazy you can include Megrim for its effect with Wheel of Fortune :)
