I had to do it the hard way; I had heros created before the library was added, so they had to gain their levels through sweat and toil. The Gnome, Cultist, and Rogue took the longest (this was before followers too).

I'm just saying why there were banned in tourney play. In casual, it shouldn't be too big a deal. At the most they should be restricted.

People were willing to play it because it was majorly undercosted for what it could do :) They don't call it "Superman" for nothing...

The tutors were probably banned because they can fetch other restricted cards, effectively doubling the occurance of it from 1 to 2. Strip Mine was banned because they were a staple in every deck when they were legal because it was an uncounterable Stone Rain.

I wonder how many people celebrate Christmas and want to play... 'cause I know it won't go over too well when you try to say "I'll be back in a couple of hours to play Magic on the computer, go ahead and start dinner/open presents without me" :)

I really don't have a preference. I'll play whatever.

Someone could send me their deck and I'll put it in Apprentice and send it to BigBlue... :D I like 1.5 over Extended since more sets are in the former, but I like using some of the cards on the Type 1 Restricted List which would be banned in 1.5 that are not the P9 :( Oh well. I don't care...

Are you checking your team and benching people who don't play that week or are injured/probable/whatever? I've noticed some owners haven't been doing that over the last month.

Can lycos do anything about it from their end?
