Use Shatter! In fact, that would be quite amusing for that deck to face an Isocron Scepter deck that had imprinted Shatter :) Although I guess then you'd Shatter the Foundry, but if you really wanted to have fun you could keep Shattering the photocopies :)

You can play it without counters, just as you have a control deck without blue... :)

Yeah, I re-read the Reactor again and saw only the putting on the charge counter triggers on upkeep, not the win condition itself. So we're good to go!

Yeah, train uses them in his control deck and I've found they're pretty good. Cheap and a common from Weatherlight! :eek:

My group plays some blue but not a lot of counters, mainly Counterspell if at all. Most I use blue for the stealing creatures part and another player uses blue for the drawing part :)
