Did Illusions work before 6th ed. and the stack? I thought it was because of the tricky stacking triggers that it worked now the way it does :confused:

When people don't include a card description and I'm not THAT interested in the card, I usually don't follow-up on it. But you're right, someone in Decks correctly mentioned that the extra mana could only be used to pay cumulative upkeep costs. :)

Well, Revised was still worth it. You still got dual lands, Sol Ring, Juggernaught, Wheel of Fortune... it's after Revised that core editions weren't that important :)
