I always use Thalin, of course.
Hey, referring back to turgy22's explanation of combat
It's basically like Magic, right? The enemy attacks players, determined by the playing order, and the players choose who to use to block.
Mooseman: My only question was what did "remove from combat" mean? If it meant to skip the end of combat step, then the Gorgon's ability misses its trigger window.
Saccing the Germinator works, my play still doesn't change; I play the Looter il-Kor and am done.

Okay, here's what I found digging into the Combat Step
I bolded the seemingly important part. So it looks like we do indeed still go to the end of combat step where the Gorgon's ability is put onto the stack and barring any responses, the Thallid is destroyed. What say you, boogiepop?
Well, no, because I thought part of the results of regeneration is removing the creature from combat. So when that happens, do we still move on to the end of combat step?
Mooseman, are you saying as a judge that it doesn't happen that way and we *do* still move to the end of combat step and...
Question: I have a Blade of Gondolin (Attached hero gets +1 ATK when attacking an Orc. Response: After attached hero attacks and destroys an enemy, place 1 progress token on the current quest). Does all of this apply to Legolas if he uses his Ranged ability; is that considering attacking?
Thanks rokapoke, I'll change it.
Yeah, I was extremely lucky :)
Hmm. I thought the Gorgon's stoning effect would kill it despite the regen shield, but I guess since it's removed from combat after regening, we don't get to the end of combat step. Bummer.
I lose the Gorgon.
