With Rector, wouldn't Bargain be a better choice than Necro? I tried it a little, but I always hated having to Rector for Necro. It's just not as powerful...

$20.00? I'm assuming you're talking about black-bordered there, or maybe cards are just more expensive in your area. I don't think I've ever seen anyone consider an Unlimited Blast for even close to $20... But I know what you mean. It wouldn't buy Psionic Blasts either... Some people do have...

Well, the Donate bit is lots of fun, but it is two cards and they aren't particularly useful until you have them both and the opponent is locked down... Morphling works pretty well though, along with some other choice attackers blue has to offer... Or artifact creatures. One of my favorites is...

Punish them for attacking... But I don't think I've ever actually seen someone try to use Royal Assassin with blue, which could potentially give it more power via Twiddles and whatnot... Or maybe Abyssal Hunter if nothing else...

I was thinking more along the lines of Psionic Blast when I saw the title... Actually, Al0ysiusHWWW used to have a monoblue deck I called "Tapdancer" that used a similar concept to this deck. It worked to tap out the opponent, and often with local enchantments that punished them for letting him...

I refuse to use the word "tribe" to describe creature type until the game makes me by actually calling it that... Like they did with "Fear." Bleh... Coat of Arms could hypothetically reward a Kobold player I suppose... But there are some creature types it is truly effective with... I don't...

Yes, and it is what I said... I do know what Verdant Touch does... And I just looked up Unnatural Selection. I was thinking of the right card. The combo does work, unless I'm missing something big... Use Verdant Touch to make Griffin Canyon into a creature. Use Unnatural Selection to change...
