I'm not sure I agree with what Ephrils about following up a Hurricane with a Stream of Life or Taste of Paradise. I mean, you're spending a turn to regain the life while there's a 50/50 your opponent(s) can put out another threat in that turn. You: Hurricane Opp: put out threat You: Gain life...

If you pair it with Reins of Power (for MP) or any 'gain control' spell, it might be worth it. or that red? spell that does damage to creatures put in play...

I think it's okay at 1U, but looking at past cards, are there ANY cantrips that cost less than three? I seem to remember anything that draws a card gets 2 colorless immediately added (Tarpan, Mind Ravel, whatever the white healing one is, for example).

Hellion: IMO, it had about as many playable cards as the ones you listed for Fallen Empires. Sure, not many tourney cards came from it, but it's all playable.

But White Weenie has been around since Alpha! There's some primer on it in fact... you don't see mono-green or black that early (that's worth mentioning; I'm sure there were decks like that though). I think White has been a good stand-alone color, more than most.
