I agree, but they could have some unequal gender laws. Kind of like how in some countries, to get a divorce, men only have to say they want it while women need to get three or four witnesses and go through a whole rigamaroll before getting it (if they're lucky and do).

I can't say personally, since I don't regularly visit (I really only go to Star City once rakso tells me he has a new article), but I would imagine the same reasons you list - to keep up with card interactions and stuff. I mainly don't visit because of time and other websites to go to right now :)

I think they did think about it as much as they could, but Waylay was hardly used before then so it wasn't a "big" card on the radar to begin with, and when you look at it overall, only a handful (I'd say 10-15) cards out of the couple of thousand that existed back then actually had problems.
