    Blue: The lost art

I agree, I was just trying to clarify's Oversoul's first post about blue control which I assumed he got from CO's initial post (and I did not get due to the low number of counters). Since Oversoul further explained it, I'm understand what he's talking about now :)

    Old cards: Powerful, or Broken?

If it's an "old" card, probably. Those prices are fairly stable since the card's been out for a while. New sets take a while to settle down as people figure out their uses and they rotate from Standard to other formats. Your friend doesn't use dual lands? Why not? Does he want to get rid of...

Laughable at best, Starcity sinks to new lows.

Rev: Thanks. sageridder already sent me an improved one. I totally missed that yesterday (shows how much I pay attention to my sig :) )

    Blue is bad in multiplayer

I don't think so... why was it called the "wild card" deck?

I don't think they HAVE to be mutually exclusive...

    Old cards: Powerful, or Broken?

Are there a shortage of these cards in your area and you're unable to trade for them?

    Whoa...what's happenin' man?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but at last count, Ed was firmly against bringing back the orange/black color scheme (when the site changed to the look before this). He could have changed his mind of course, but I would think if he was for it he would have brought it back now instead of...

    Blue: The lost art

That's what I would think, but just trying to clarify to make sure we're all on the same page :)

Getting The Word Out (ie: death of CPA rumors)

I'm more skeptical of ideas that try to further the Magic "mission" when the site's been here for 5 years and this is what we have to show for it. I'm willing to give it a shot, but exactly how much "time" is needed before people admit that it's not working? And I'll say the same thing...

    Delay in Front Page update

Due to the forum change, I think the link to do front page news has been changed... I'm trying to find out what it is now.

Getting The Word Out (ie: death of CPA rumors)

Well, it doesn't hurt to try. That way we know if it works or not. Although I'm still skeptical of the Featured Thread thing. I don't think it's brought in anyone except maybe DragonbloodThirsty(?) who seemed to show up after they started. But I guess one is better than none :)

    New Format Question #3

Can someone tell me if I can PM someone directly from their post or do I have to go to the PM menu to send a message? It's just that PMing from a post was a bit more convenient :)

    Nightstalker's-type news

That was the reason given in the article too, why the launcher and missile had to be separated into different auctions.

    Humanoid robot launched

How can you quantify "happiness" to a robot though? Aside from "hard coding" and defining what happiness is?

Patrick moves to the "main room" while Cugel starts poking around the western room, assisting and double-checking Bertrem's work.

    Abuse of Ninja

"You" may not think that but it could be what most other people think of (else, why are you using the term "abuse" to begin with?) Perhaps it would be best to ask CasualOblivion the intent of this thread since he was the originator.... CO, what did you mean when you said "abuse"?

The CPA Expansion Project, Step 3.02--Brainstorming Redux

I'm part of the Magic Suitcase group and they recently had to drop support of the Magic images and pictures. So I would hazard to say that as long as you don't use the image of a Magic card itself (front or back), you should be okay. Not sure the "front" would be a problem since you're...

Getting The Word Out (ie: death of CPA rumors)

Honestly, in general, the articles don't generate a lot of replies to make the "approving process" a factor. I check every couple hours when I'm here and there's not a whole lot in the queue - usually just one or two. And usually replies to "old" articles. Now, I don't know if that's...
