I think the first two seem unbalanced. Giving a creature +9/+9 seems huge on Demon's Blade. And too many abilities are given on Dragon's Blade for the cost (both casting cost and equip cost). But the last two seem okay.

I don't get the card type... is it supposed to be an enchantment but can be played at any time like an Instant?

Not necessarily. There's always token makers like Breeding Pit or something. But the upkeep does seem high, especially for cumulative. Maybe just sac one creature for cumulative upkeep (but like FoWS said, the intent is that he's not supposed to last a long time anyway - with a 9/9, you...

I'm not sure about having permanent counters; with that in there, still looks unbalanced cost-wise. I liked the "gain +1/+0 until EOT" :)

I don't get his last ability but if it means what I think it means, just for templating purposes, it probably should read like: Whenever you play a forest, <this> gains phasing. Tap: <This> loses phasing.

Not like I know a lot about balancing a card :), but it still seems cheap. Maybe if it's a sorcery.

I've always said you have to find a group of players who think and play like you want to and stick with them. If you don't have them in person, you might have to sift through a lot of chaff online to find them :) But I've always appreciated you writing for the CPA and while I don't know about...

MTGO has card lists from all sets? I thought it just had sets from whenever MTGO started (and thus could play with). Although now thinking about it, I think this came up before and someone said it was maybe in case they decided to "release" the older sets. :)

I thought Bush's plan was to have workers only put in 4% into their "private accounts", not the whole amount. So it's more "blended", not a replacement.
