Well, I'm willing to grant WOTC a few mistakes :) They like to push the envelope to challenge players and sometimes the line is crossed <shrug>

Yeah, there are a lot of abilities on the card... so just by instinct, I'd say it's undercosted :) Maybe raise it by 1 more colorless and/or drop the p/t to 3/3.

Since it's a white enchantment that grants pro-white, you probably need additional wording similiar to White Ward "This effect doesn't remove E.W.S."

That's actually false. Not sure where you got your information but according to the SSA web site, payroll taxes were collected starting in 1937 and monthly benefits were not were paid until 1940. If you retired between that period, you got a lump sum, but it was still taken out of the taxes...

I don't question his news simply because due to his history of posting these types of things, their "fantastic" nature more falls under the nature of the Internet equivalent of The Star or National Inquirer. Hence, I'm already taking his news with a grain of salt and my replies are usually...
