For the ones who strictly play like that, I would guess the challenge is to be the first? or few among the most powerful as they level up. But I would say the majority like to play it also as a "social experience" - basically D&D/RPG-ing with other "live" players rather than the computer...

I would if there was enough committed people... it depends on people submitting answers for the first round and past experience has told me that after the first burst of enthusiam, about 1-3 people stay with it, which isn't really enough.
