Whenever Time Spiral is released, which is probably late September. Like Ransac said (and Aaron Forsythe admitted), this one slipped through play-testing. They were focusing on other things and no one apparently built a deck that showcased Jitte enough.

Yeah, I don't know how it would have played out. But seeing as how I was doing 4 points of unanswered damage a turn, an attack every turn would have probably forced me to block at least after the second attack and I'd use up my weenies pretty quick and have to start blocking with the fliers...
