I was joking about Library... I am just not sure if Mythosx was joking about Strip Mine, but I hope so... Anyway, there was this one deck that used Psychic Venoms among other things and relied on being able to tap stuff (Ring of Gix, Icy Manipulator, Flood, etc.) so that they would be hurting...

Efficient in that it isn't dependent on outside resources except a rulebook, maybe? Mainly there's the "cheap" thing...

Conspiracy/Donate is the only thing that comes to mind... It's a ridiculous number of colors involved though... I guess in such a deck, if you couldn't get Legacy, you could stall with a Conspiracy for "walls." But I guess the deck would also fall apart against creatureless builds...

I didn't even like Celestial Convergence that much, but it was a little fun... I hated Coalition Victory and thought it was the stupidest card ever. Then came Battle of Wits, then came Mindslaver, which wasn't a win condition card, but another terrible idea instead, but then along came...
