Well, I guess I pretty much agree with all you're saying in that last post... What I mean about the difference between "casual" and "bad" is sometimes hard to explain, since there are grey areas. I'm not saying casual decks are decks that are tournament legal. And they should be "for fun." But...

It would probably be a fun MP weapon in big games with a deck full of stuff like Avatar of Woe and whatnot.

Um, aggro strategies don't typically use deck thinners unless they're exceptionally potent, because the deck thinning only has a significant effect if several turns go by, and you're going for a quick kill... The Baubles should definitely be replaced by threats. They don't even get a card until...

I don't like the Crocodile. It has gating and its power is only one point higher. The discard doesn't actually help you, since you're not packing Racks or Megrims or anything... I'd go with the Efreet or the Warbeast, or maybe like a Scuta or something...

Ghazban Ogre perhaps... River Boa or Wild Mongrel are also good... Baubles?

I was THOROUGHLY confused, since I didn't think it was anywhere near April Fools. I checked my computer and it is September 22. But then I noticed that the article is dated April 1st of this year... :p

Well, it's a LOT better than Wood Elemental, since you can at least sacrifice tapped lands. You can sacrifice other permanents too. Tokens are the ones that come to mind. It's still really bad though, so no point in trying to make it work in some way unless you're Train...
