What would be the point? People in drafts would be annoyed at having Counterspell as a rare (I would imagine). And everyone else would just use old Counterspells in place of the new ones.

I think the problem wasn't a lack of creature kill. With Pox decks, you could build one that had the defense to deal with aggro early on and take it down with damage over time, or you could build one that could keep up a constant offense against control decks without getting burned out. The...

I haven't heard anything about this and from what I've seen in this thread, it seems like you guys are right. The only way I see people might have a legitimate grievance is if they didn't know about the charge until it was too late... I'm just getting the image of some dude chilling in Lebanon...
