I don't play Standard, so what happens if they ban all but one of the artifact lands? I know that might look awkward, but wouldn't it be sufficient to weaken the decks that are based around them? Edit: changed "restrict" to "ban"

I wouldn't even classify the first two categories you listed as burn decks. Such a creature-heavy deck is more controlling than burn style decks...
