So Haunted Fengraf picked Goblin Gaveleer and then you cast it as fuel for the second Goblin Grenade? Doesn't really matter because these decks contain no cards that care about graveyard order, but I was confused about the second Goblin Grenade being cast without a goblin on the field...

I only tracked cards in hand if there seemed to be a discrepancy and mostly just sent draws out when it looked like people needed them. But it does look like you're right.
