Duels Sweepstakes Win some swag.

I'm not sure how they decide what goes into decks in Duels of the Planeswalkers. Is it an "existing" deck that's also sold separately (like a precon) or one just made for the game? If the latter, they can probably do whatever they want.

Are those known bugs that are being addressed? Are there supposed to be deck restrictions? Technically, if I'm not playing in a tourney, I could build a deck with four Mox Sapphires also if I find someone to play with who agrees to a "no- holds barred" game.
