Well, Engineered Plague has to be like DDT against this deck, but no one uses Engineered Plague anymore. Then again, I guess no one really uses DDT anymore very much. It has to be fun to win with this sort of deck though... Your opponents will learn to fear the Lin Sivvi! Or they might just buy...

Scroll Rack seems like it could help with that problem. I like Train's build, although it still seems like it could have some really bad matchups still, but the Scroll Rack trick could definitely help make the deck more consistent.

Well, any card is easy to handle. Almost all of them can simply be countered with Counterspell, one of your favorite blue cards... :p Vise could be dealt with by being countered, discarded, hit with artifact destruction, swept away by global destruction, stolen, bounced, cancelled by Ivory...

I do not command or conquer others currently, but it sounds like it would be fun to do so... What is the greatest weapon to use in the conquest of others?
