On Necro, it's not as broken as MOST people think. It's still broken in half, but the not getting the cards until end of turn severely limits the card. Bargain, now that thing is just absurd... Still, Necro won't be unrestricted. It scares people more than most anything else on the list...

Sorry, but I've had a change of heart... The new format is great... After actually taking a good look at the list, the expensive brokenness is almost all banned. This is seriously a budget format, especially for those of you with dual lands (not me). Although some great casual card are banned...
