Stronghold wasn't weak, it just didn't have as many good cards as Tempest or Exodus. Nemesis was mostly better than Masques or Prophecy, so I'm not sure why you brought that one up. The others I can't agree more on.

Okay, casually, a lot of players will be playing with legends since there are a lot of them in CoK and BoK. But without that to influence things, this dude would be much better. Once Kamigawa rotates out of Standard (which won't be for a while) I expect to see the occasional player taking...

I don't play Standard, so what happens if they ban all but one of the artifact lands? I know that might look awkward, but wouldn't it be sufficient to weaken the decks that are based around them? Edit: changed "restrict" to "ban"

That is an assumption I see a lot (not that it makes it right). Another assumption is that everyone on the face of the planet is in one of two camps when it comes to US policy (also not necessarily true).
