Non-basic lands count toward your draft picks. If you want one, you have to draft it.

Oh. My U/B Discard deck didn't use library removal, so Urza's Guilt hit my opponent for 4, dug a bit into my library, and then hit my opponent for 4 or 6 more for each Megrim I had in play.

When Oversoul powered up the machine, it surprisingly worked and reality was normalized once more...
