They famously botched the Guilds of Ravnica Mythic Edition in the U.S. (not sure if they sold it overseas at all). To be fair, while WotC gets legitimate criticism for a lot of issues, this particular blunder may have been more of a Hasbro thing. Hasbro is trying to push their "Hasbro Toy Shop"...
