Well, any card is easy to handle. Almost all of them can simply be countered with Counterspell, one of your favorite blue cards... :p Vise could be dealt with by being countered, discarded, hit with artifact destruction, swept away by global destruction, stolen, bounced, cancelled by Ivory...

I do not command or conquer others currently, but it sounds like it would be fun to do so... What is the greatest weapon to use in the conquest of others?

I think Great Wall could be exploited by the terminally insane just as easily, if not moreso... It's still horrible, but the clincher with Path is that it costs a land drop to do nothing, unless you activate it, in which case it hurts you...

That's funny, because I played against Tooth and Nail with a non-block blue control deck. It slaughtered me. Then again, that was not my day either, since I couldn't win against anything with anything, and I think my deck actually was better...

Actually, I'm wondering how hard it would be to Visificate someone in this format... 4x Black Vise would leave you with an open uncommon slot still, and some cards that would go very well with it, like Capsize, Boomerang, Stone Rain, Sinkhole are commons...
