No one mentioned this when we started the first game, and the only changes since then have been the eventual "no tribes that have previously been played" rule and now the highlander rule instead. I don't even know what tribal wars classic is, so it would be sort of hard for me to build a deck...

It doesn't bode well for the level of creativity in the set, since it's an exact (except for color) reprint of Recycle. On the other hand, I could certainly use a black version of Recycle...

Mind over Matter is legal in Vintage. Necropotence is legal in Vintage. These games have been using the Vintage banned/restricted list. Until that changes, I'll use good (sometimes this means restricted) cards when they're available, because I'm trying to have a shot at actually winning. Not...

It's not a Necro deck. It's a highlander zombie deck. If it were a Necropotence deck, your puny drakes would not save you!

Red Morphling? Cool. I'm glad they gave it a name like "Torchling" and a picture that's a total ripoff of Morphling, just so I'd be sure to recognize it as a red version of Morphling and not something original... :rolleyes:

I wouldn't nominate a card I'd never use, and Planeshift really seems to kind of suck. It was the set I was most disappointed with when it came out. There are some cards that I'd definitely use, like Quirion Dryad or Dromar's Charm. But they don't stand out as "casual card hall of fame"...
