Day off? I don't understand. I think maybe I had something like that at some job in the past, but it seems like such a long time ago...
Anyway, I guess I'll have this one for Monday, then. It's nearly done. Maybe I'll even have time to write another next week and submit two in the same week!
Well, that's pretty much exactly what I'd think they'd have to say on the matter. What really counts is what they're doing behind the scenes, which they can't very well state so publicly. But I'm sure they take the problem very seriously.
I do have a new article for this week, but I got home from work so late yesterday and today that I never got a chance to finish the thing. I should have plenty of time tomorrow evening to finish the article and send it to Spidey, so if he's around on Friday, it could go up then. We'll see what...
Maybe for big-time stuff? I mean, there are a whole lot of obscure comic books out there. Either they're all doing a really bad job at the whole attention-grabbing thing or they're not all driven primarily by that goal.
I still haven't had a chance to test this with live victims. But I made some very minor changes...
-1 Abrupt Decay
-1 Plains
-1 Forest
+1 Maelstrom Pulse
+1 Savannah
+1 Horizon Canopy
I needed my third copy of Abrupt Decay for the updated sideboard of the Legacy TES deck. Too lazy to switch...
Just submitted the latest article, having forgotten to earlier. I don't have time to update this thread with links right now as I'll be out of town yet again. Maybe when I get back...
It's been officially stated multiple times, so there'd better be open-ended deckbuilding. iPad users have early access, so there could be some unofficial confirmation now too.
I was at work all day and I need to get ready for even more tomorrow, so I shouldn't even be commenting at all right now, as I'm much too busy. But I'm dropping in anyway to note that Spiderman has it right. Check the Gatherer page for the card to see a bit of exposition about what it means...
Well, no. The original frame was created in 1993 and the "modern" frame was created in 2003. But this is a smaller change in comparison. I'd think it would even be smaller than changes that occurred in the early years. But it does look like this will be a pretty cool core set. I think WotC has...
Yeah, the hiatus continues for the moment. Other stuff came up again, including some unfortunate stuff that I couldn't have anticipated. But since you did bump this, I'll see what I can do. If I am not home late tomorrow, I'll take a few minutes to figure out where I am on this and if I can just...
Limited Resources is extremely powerful, but mostly that's in combination with cards that exploit its continuous ability, such as things that put lands onto the battlefield directly and things that destroy/steal opponents' lands. That's not really what you're going for here, though, so it...
Well, it's all very thematic. Slow, but if opponents are playing board-sweepers like Wrath of God, this remains stable and inexorably becomes powerful. Then again, opponents will notice that and act accordingly...
Hey, I finally got around to checking out this thread again. The new decklist looks a lot better, even if it's not using Forgotten Ancient anymore. As for Voidslime, I've generally found it to be too slow for my purposes, but your mileage may vary.
