Howling Mine (Divining Top too) is useless for burn decks... Chain Lightning is way better than Spark Elemental... Fireball is pretty slow. Fireblast would greatly improve this...

Hypnotic Specter > Abyssal Specter Urza's Guilt is great for this type of deck... Memory Jar is always great, especially with Dark Rituals for hitting the board early...

I could really have used it for High Tide in Legacy...

Sol Ring unrestricted would give Tendrils decks an awesome mana generating tool. For example, TPS could easily draw into one and a Dark Ritual, cast Bargain early on, then draw tons of cards, play Mana Crpyt, cast two more Sol Rings off the Crypt, cast a Mox or two, maybe some more Dark Rituals...
