Morphling is untargetable (if you have the blue mana necessary to keep it that way, which you do). Darksteel Collossus is indestructable. I guess they can play Evacuation or something, but then you can always drop Morphling again...
No card will by itself. Certain cards will do it if the rest of the deck has synergy with them (Yawgmoth's Bargain comes to mind, although it would probably be easier to Dark Ritual that into play).
Show and Tell decks I've seen don't rely on necessarily killing the opponent right after casting...
Now I wouldn't touch him at all. It would be hard enough to get two creatures out after summoning him, and then he still only sticks around if you can keep up a constant supply of creatures. If you are able to throw out that many creatures, there are more productive uses for them than feeding...
Okay, I suppose randomly determining a player wouldn't be all that difficult (draw straws, pick numbers, roll dice, whatever), but how is one supposed to determine the random player?
