Dark Ritual was never restricted in Vintage. It was banned in Extended until it rotated out of the format anyway. And I don't think Heavy B cares...

Gemstone Mine: usually good in fast decks that only need it for a few uses anyway. Reflecting Pool: doesn't give you any colors you didn't already have. Undiscovered Paradise: tempo loss. Maybe one of the three could go in, but not all of them or the manabase would lose some stability...

Or a very busy person that can work multiple jobs at the same time... :p
