It's this little thing called an attachment. Most e-mail services have a little "attach" button somewhere. Following clicking on the "attach" button, select the file you wish to attach to the e-mail.

Dude wtf is your problem????? Oh wait im sorry so all you have to do is press attachment and a picture of me is going to come up. I dont know to much about computers.

You need to get a picture of yourself scanned and save it as a .jpg file somewhere on your computer. Then, when you go to send an email, you click the "attach" button (or something similar), and a browse window will come up. Go find the file, and click "OK" (or something similar) a few times, and your file will be attached. Then, go ahead and send your email.
