What is the worst movie...

... that you actually enjoyed an INTENSE amount?

If asked this a week ago, I'd have shamefully said I was a fan of Battlefield Earth.

However, I've seen a movie entitled "Human Highway" that was directed by Neil Young on acid and mushrooms, and featured Devo as Nuclear Reactive Garbage Men... and it also starred Booji Boy(Devo's Mascot) in an excellent role...

"That's good gass"
-Booji Boy

Highly recommended for Cult Classic Lovers, Bad Movie Lovers, Devo fans, Neil Young Junkies, or people on drugs-- strait up.

I want an audio-capture of the "Good Gass" scene... anyone know how to do that?

Is this already in Classic Questions???...

Anyhow...

"Bringing out the dead"(I think that's the name) was not good at all... It was Nic Cage's worst movie ever...

I don't have much experience in this but I'll say Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within.

The problem is that I tend to watch good movies or bad ones and realize they suck.

I thought that FF:TSW was an okay movie in theatres - but, I expected it to be GREAT and this left me rather disappointed. When I saw it on cable I learned to appreciate it more...

...now as for bad movies that I loved, let's see...Starship Troopers, Tank Girl, and Judge Dredd...

The Postman...yes I know. I really don't know why I liked it, on top of it I'm quite critical of movies as it is. Its even got Kevin Costner.

Other movies I shouldn't have liked but did
Death to Smoochy - this movie got ripped to shreds but I thought it was freaking brilliant
Saving Silverman
Fear of a Black Hat
Ed TV
George of the Jungle
Me, Myself & Irene

Let it be known that I hate Nicolas Cage with a passion ever since Leaving Las Vegas, freaking Al Pacino wannabe. Honestly, Nick Cage? Shouldn't he be in some porno with a name like that?

Hey Ferret, Starship Troopers can't be classified as a bad movie, it was perfect! It didn't take itself at all seriously, which is why its so damn beloved. Paul Verhoeven needs to remember this kind of movie so he can stay away from the gems like Hollow Man.

I liked Nine Gates too. But I still wouldn't classify that one as a bad movie either.

David Lynch's version of Dune.

It's SO bad.......that it's hilarious! That and the costuming styles and set design were super-pretty.

LOVED the book, never will see the movie, as on the Special Edition Lazerdisc, there is a Critic's Blurb. I believe it was "Excruciatingly... Brilliant." I looked up the article online. the actual context was "Excruciatingly long and overacted, quite sad(somthing) as the book really was quite brilliant."

This Movie is like Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Unbelieveable. I still havn't found it on video, or I would own it.
This is Ransac's kind of movie.
and they were filled with awe. (people): Awwww... (Narrator): No, no no. Awe, A-W-E. A sense of wonder and amazement! (people): OOOO-OOH!
