Whew! This had a a lot of guesses, but pretty much everyone was saying it had to do with graduation or a degree. Correct in a way, but not what I was looking for

1- Saying that a graduate has "graduation" in common with anything else is being redundant. And silly.

2- A judge does not necessarily have a degree. many small places (like mine) elect their judges* and having a college degree is not always a criterion for running.

*(An idiotic way to pick a judge if ever ther was one.)
